The ball is great once labor starts. It felt great before that but didn't really help me. Squats are good too. Good luck
I know you probably don't feel up for it, but having an orgasm (the contractions you get afterwards) try to keep them going with squats, bouncing on a ball, etc., that really helps to dilate you more, because it will push the baby down farther. I hope she comes on her own for you!!
