Help and @dvice ladies! First time mum

Hi ladies! Im 38weeks preg and first time mum. Ive brixton hicks every 5mims and my belly is becoming tight. Is that a good sign for labor or not ?

Yes and if you can time them they are contractions not BH. I would go in are they painful?

Emergency room if you have pain along with the contractions.
