3am is getting to me.

I'm 10 weeks! Yay! What a blessing ☺️.  I started taking my new dr's mix of vitamins.  I was taking Co-Q10, prenatal w ginger, progesterone shots, extra folic acid and an asprin.  New doc added D-3, more folic acid, couple if tablespoons of flaxseed and fish oil.  I'm waking up every morning at 3am.  Are these changes related to my sleep loss or sleep loss because the baby is at a new stage of growth?

I did not wake up at 3am today!  I think it was a combination of eating apple pie and ice cream and letting my dog out when he asked to go.  When I'm up he acts like he needs to go, so I have to wait for him.  I'm normally able to go back to sleep, but think I just got my brain too awake to go back to sleep.  Last night I had no apple pie and ignored my dog. lol. I did get up to goti the restroom 3 times, but was able to sleep through until my usual 6am.  I take my thyroid meds at 6, progesterone shot at 7, breakfast and then my concoction of vitamins...  Think the baby is just growing and hopefully thi was all temporary.  ☺️  I am looking forward to getting woke up by the baby at 3am when I don't have to be at work by 8am.

Congrats on 10 weeks!!! I am 11 weeks now and every week that passes I am so grateful =) What time of day are you taking your vitamins??? I wonder if that has anything to do with you waking up?? I dont have problems with that but I do always wake up around 7 am and have to have a bowel movement right away. I take my vitamins right before bed
