What are the early signs of labour what should I be looking out for been having some strong pains,would like some advise please as I've been having strong period like pains that hurt when my baby's head pushes down I'm due today and her head is comepletly engaged
That sounds a lot like labor my friend. If you're still in pain I'd call and get checked. You're at your due date so it's more than likely labor.
But they not like contractions is a period pain and then my baby's head pushes down hard but I don't think it's labour
