My Labor Story!

So I was due Jan. 4, and ended up getting induced on Jan. 7th. I went in around 7 abc it took awhile to get things going. I finally got in a room and the medication for induction at 10 pm. I ended up getting an epidural at 7:30 am the next day. I was dilated to 4cm and 100% effaced. I was in labor and contracting until 8:40 pm when I was told I was finally a full 10 cm and it was time to push. I pushed until 11:30 pm until I was told that he was too big and couldn't come vaginally. So I would need to be prepped for an emergency c section. At 12:22 am on 1.9.15 I introduced my handsome baby boy at 9lbs 9.4 ounces and 20.5 inches long. :)

Yeah they said they want to see if it goes away within 7-10 days. If not they do a blood patch to fix it

I believe they can help with that by doing a blood patch. My friend just had her baby c section and had horrible headaches. So they did that and it brought immediate relief.

Baby I came out with a rash, but it's nothing out of the ordinary, so he's currently being treated. The c section was easy for me, but the epidural did not work. They got spinal fluid back and had to put in a spinal catheter. Which is fine, however, now I'm getting spinal headaches that are unbearable with back neck pain that they said could last 7-10 days. Other than that everything went well and I'm just so glad to have my boy here
