evening passion oil

has anyone used evening passion oil to help jump start labor at 38 weeks and 2 days and I'm only 3 centimeters in width 75 effaced

I did along  with red rasberry leaf tea and went in to labor the next day.

Evening primrose oil? I tried it my last pregnancy at 37 weeks and i was in labor in less than 12 hours
