not dilated! due Saturday!
Please someone give me advice on how to dilate. My husband leaves in a month for the Army & I just want him to be able to spend more than 2 weeks with his daughter before he leaves. She's ready to come & everything is perfect BESIDES not being dilated. ):
I'm not allowed to be undue until 42 weeks which is Saturday. This is my second. I am in so much pain and discomfort where baby is so low. I walk, clean house daily and generally try to keep busy. Have sex then have your hips tilted up for at least half an hour to allow his 'stuff' in you is ment to help. Not worked for me but everybody is different.
Have you been walking? That helps a lot to dialate if the baby is ready to be born.
