17 weeks!!!!

I'm 17 weeks and I've been experiencing really bad anxiety. I have an anxiety attack almost every night!  I spoke with my Dr and she wanted to put me on pills but I'm against it.  Anyone else having this problem?  How to I make myself calm down?

We are in the process of buying a house and getting married in october. We were trying to convieve then decided we should wait until after the wedding but god had other plans for us which is totally fine! I try talking to my fiance but some of the stuff I stress about I honestly shouldn't be stressing about!  And he just says to calm down and not even worry about it and that he's got it under control but I just don't want him to be stressed all the time. And I did have anxiety attacks before hand I've had them since I was 9...I'm 19 now....but it's just so much worse now! And I don't want to take pills even if the Dr says it's OK for my baby I don't want to risk anything because 2 months ago I was told I have pcos and just found out I'm really pregnant!

Hi your name is very pretty btw the way. I'm sorry to Har your having really bad anxiety. I used to have attacks before I got pregnant and they weren't fun. I can't imagine how it is when your pregnant.  I know your hormones are going crazy, you're worried about a million different things, and you fe3l overwhelmed. Is there anything in particular that's stressing you out? Did you have this before? Growing a baby is a  lot of work and you don't want to be feeling that way every night. Do you have support?  Drink some tea like peppermint ( good for nausea too) anything to calm your nerves. Foot rubs or bag rubs. Talk it out. I cannot stress how helpful having someone to talk to really helps. Being understood and not feeling like there is something wrong with you really eases some of the pressure and doubt you may be having.  It's completely normal to feel every which way. Just keep telling yourself the you'll be ok. Everything will be fine.  Things like this it'd mind over matter because sometimes our hormones get the best part us! Stay strong my dear!! You are not alone =)
