Feeling off today and yesterday?

Okay ladies, FTM here and wanted some input. I have had a particularly rough pregnancy, horrible aches and pains, nauseau for 20+ weeks and terrible acid reflux and heartburn. Yesterday out of nowhere I felt nauseous, worse than in my first 20 weeks, which has stayed all night and through today. I have felt so incredibly tired, almost like I have the flu? Also noticing more frequent BMs. Losing my MP for the last week or so, at 38 weeks + 1 day today, just wondering if I should expect the nausea from here on out? Had some contractions but nothing consistent....also increased, painful pressure in my vaginal area.
Anything to offer relief?

Right there with u, pretty sure it's baby getting lower. And out bodies getting ready for labor. Been. 2 weeks for me now.

I'm guessing baby will come sometime fairly soon. Could be a few days or a week but should be soon. :)
