Not sleeping

Hi ladies, I took the home test last week and it's positive, I have an appointment with my Dr on Tuesday. This is my first pregnancy and I don't know what to expect,  am eating good, no nausea no constipation and a little tender breast and tired. But I can't sleep. Is it normal.

Unisom also helps with nausea.  :)

I used unisom last night because I read that other girls used out during pregnancy. I slept through the whole night for once. Felt great :-)

Thanks ladies, I can rest now, knowing that I don't have a problem.

I've been up at 4:30 every morning so I have started going to bed way earlier to try and counter act it.  Not easy but I feel your struggle.  :-)

It's normal girl. Try to read a book or listen to some music before bed and when you sleep, sleep on your left side and but a pillow between your legs. It's worked for me. Good luck and congratulations :)
