It's all to do with the pelvic bone. Right in the pubic area hurts to walk, walk on any form of incline. You litterally can't stand on one leg so things like putting socks on i have to sit down and do. It hurts to even move while in bed, turning over at night i have to sit up first and try keep knees together to lessen the pain. Hurts getting out of bed or getting up out of a seat. I can't dress the lower half of my body without sitting down. Getting in and out of the car i have to swivel and use my hands to help get me out because I just can't handle the pain. Basically I think this is how people who are just about to go into labour feel. So I'm walking around like I'm 35+weeks preg at only 16 weeks lol. I was telling people weeks ago how its so heavy and there was so much pressure down there. I think continuing with my regular jogs/ exercise flared it up really badly. I've rested as much as I can. I'm lucky I work from home most of the time so I've been able to rest up a little. I'm also waiting for my appointment with midwife to get a referral to get some proper treatment. I hate how the nurse at the hospital told me it is normal and there was nothing she could do. If it were normal everyone would actually know about it. My mum and MIL didn't even know what it was nor anyone else I talk too. I will try anything and everything to try fix it or at least lessen the pain. I'll post if I get any positive results from anywhere :)
I have not been diagnosed yet but I think I might have it as well. I am 16wks and one Day ftm and it has been very bad. I am a nurse and work 12 hours shift and most of the time I am on my feet. It's a real struggle. I have an appointment on Wednesday. We will see what the doc says.

I just posted about similar pains I've been having. How does your pain differ from regular stretching?
