I'm not sure what you mean by false. I am having real contractions every 10-15 minutes a few times a day. I did with my first too. I went 42w with my first, and had real contractions from 32 weeks with her. Our bodies are preparing for a marathon. It needs some practice. If it fontinues, put your feet up, hydrate, and distract yourself. Breathing and swaying your hips helps if a strong contraction lingers.
Also 35+2 and I've had a few sporadic ones myself. There isn't much you can do to coax her out a couple weeks early if she isn't good to go, but I'm hoping the same for my LO so I'm rooting for you.
