After researching a lot, we bought the Graco 4-1 high chair blossom, it growths with baby, is a high chair, a booster seat and a toddler chair. We have not used it yet because James and I have been in California at my inlaws for about a month now, and the chair is at home so for now I am using his bouncer to feed him and is working well but can't wait until we are back home and start using the chair.

So which high chair did you end up getting for your little guy?

I got Jack the Inglesina club chair in graphite. Our house is a mix of mod and anthropologie type stuff and though we have plenty of crazy baby stuff now, we wanted something that blended in better with our furniture when it came to the high chair. We just got it a few days ago and it's awesome. It's really simple but clean lines and looks nice. Jack seemed excited to be up high and even sat in it in the living room after I set it up playing with some toys in it. He was all smiles! Ha Ha.

Fisher Price Rainforest is wonderful!! We have the swing and the bath tub. Medina loves the both of them! We also have another Fisher Price Take-Along swing which she loves. My MIL has the Fisher Price Aquarium swing for her but she doesn't like it much because she can't access the toys on the side and play with them.

As I said with the high chair, I bought a second hand one from ebay because it was way too pricey new and the one we have was hardly used and is like new.

We have the Precious Planet Fisher Price one and started using it at 4 and 1/2 months.  Cash loves it!  It has bright colors and comes with a toy on the tray (removable).  It also has three reclining positions, which is great for our sitters that still need support.  It has a harness as well that is adjustable.  The height can be adjusted three ways as well.  It's $98 most places...
I haven;t checked out the Rainforest one, but we love all the Fisher Price stuff.  So far I have found it to be a great combo of safety and affordability.  And fun!

It seems that the Peg Perego Prima Pappa is great, it also has wonderful reviews, but like you said quite pricey but is nice to see and keep my options open.

I have a Peg Perego Prima Pappa Diner and it is one of the safest and the best. I have Medina in it in one of my pics. I researched alot because she couldn't really sit on her own then (now she sits up for a few secs but only when put in the position). There are three reclining positions so you can start from 5 months or for babies that can't really sit up on their own. It has a five-point harness and can be adjusted into seven height positions. It's pricey but well worth it.

I am getting the rainforest one by fisher price.  I love the swing and it was the highest rated.  We were going to get it for him for Christmas but now I have two people telling me they got it for him already LOL!
