How big are your babies?

I'm 31w1d today and my baby measured 4lb9oz. Have any of you had an u/s recently to show the size?

I just had one today and he is 4lbs 1oz, at 32 weeks and 3 days :D

I had a u/s at 31wks 2days and was told he measured 3lbs 13oz.

Thanks :D My dr. is trying to push me into having an u/s..but I've had 3 large babies already. I just had to be induced at 38 weeks. I don't know how big my other babies were at this age, so I wanted to see how big your little one's are.

I just had an u/s yesterday and the baby weighed 4lbs 2 oz.

At 29 weeks my bub measured at 3lbs 3oz.

I am going to my measurement us on Thursday - I have not seen her other than the vaginal us quick shots since 24 weeks... I am excited.. Hopefully she is the one putting all the weight on and not me... think she could have absorbed all 9lbs this month :)  I am just going to keep thinking that!!!

Thanks again girls! I know he's big, but it's not like he's some super giant like my dr. is making it out to be. He just wants to use it as another selling point on a c-section..which I am not willing to do unless it's necessary.
Melka- Too funny! You're so tiny, I'm sure it's on the baby LOL I hadn't seen mine since 19 weeks so I was so excited!

well at my 30 week ultrasound my son measured 3.20 lbs. THough I have a two week disparity from my LMP and gestational age so dont know whther i should call it a 30 week ultra or a 28 week ultra...

What is the normal range for 29-32 weeks?  There are a lot of various numbers here and I am worried that my peanut is on the small side... when I tell people I am 7 1/2 months they all take a double take and say "wow... you are small" -belly not my boobs or butt - because they are huge (oh wait... maybe that is where the lbs are going.. luckily I can only see the front side :)  I know that means nothing - but I was a lot bigger with the other two...

Are you all high risk?  I had an ultrasound at around 20 weeks, and I don't get another one assuming things continue to go well. So I guess I have no idea how big my baby is.  But, my fundal height has been measuring accurate, so that's good.

I'm not high risk at all according to my dr. I supposedly have one of the best dr.'s around, but I'm not too happy with him right now. He threw it in my face that if I don't do a c-section that I'm putting my baby at risk. I don't mind advice, but I don't like feeling backed into a corner out of guilt.

I know that the average for around 31w is 3.5lbs.

I am high risk - but I thought they normally do a scan around 30 to 32 weeks to check the measurements of the baby - fluid levels and position... but I never had a pregnancy that was not high risk so I am not positive...

Weird.  The clinic I go to only does 1 ultrasound at around 20 weeks and that's it.  I'd love another one for the reassurance, but I was told I could only have another ultrasound done if things weren't progressing as they should.

It's normal to only get one ultrasound. I had an extra couple of ultrasounds due to placenta previa but once it moved out of the way no more ultrasounds, so not sure on size

My first pregnancy was 12 years ago and I only had the one u/s. My second I went into preterm labor and had a couple..then my third pregnancy they found fluid on his kidney's so I had a few that time. This dr. schedules one for 32 weeks routinely for size.

At 30 weeks 4 days she is measuring 3 lbs 5oz - 41% for size - so I am happy with that - I go back in 4 weeks for another one... She is head down and turned to my right - Hands in front of her face and she has a TON of hair - the tech said she has not seen that much before - and I could even see it.... so maybe it is true - bad heartburn - hairy baby!!

How cute..lots of hair :P Gavin's 91% even though I didn't gain a pound in the past few weeks. At least I think  he's too big now to really flip out of position..which is a good thing.

91% - wow - the tech guestimated that if I went full term she would be 8lbs - my first as 5lbs and my second was 7lbs .  I was born with a full head of hair - so much that at 3 weeks my mom put ponytails in.  I am curious to see how much she will really have because it seemed like a lot and she is only 30 weeks along.  My other two both had full heads of hair - but I never saw that on an us... weird!

How cute..I didn't see any hair on his head yet. Did you have a regular u/s? She went pretty fast with this one so I didn't even think of looking, but I do have my DVD. My daughter was induced at 40 weeks and weighed 9lb and the 2 boys were brought at 38 weeks and weighed 8lb8oz...and they say each one gets bigger. So we'll see. I really was hoping for one small baby, but this is it for me :P

I was a regular us - not a 3d or 4d - and I have been high risk with all three of my pregnancies and never saw hair before - I am curious to see how she comes out!!! You have big babies.. Good Luck!

Henry has lots of hair also and I have never seen that on us before either. I thought she was joking and my gulable mother was actually believing it till she said "what part of he has lots fo hair don't you understand" I was in shock and got pictures of his hair floating down and away from his head in the back. Then you could see it in the front too and mine was a reagualr one and not the 3D either. All 4 of mine ahve had lots of hair but I think he will have the most of any of them. Did you get a picture of the hair too?

They did not give me any pictures - she was soooo not working with the tech today - so we are going back in 4 weeks for another - both my previous ones had a full head of blonde gold hair - but yes... I saw the flowing down the neck ... could not see her face and front shot as she was hiding behind her legs and hands - she and I are planning to do yoga together as she is soooo bendy!!!  I am blonde... my two children with my ex are both VERY VERY blonde and blue eyed as I am - and my ex is darker skinned with brown hair and green eyes... my new husband also has a darker complexion very thick wavy dark brown hair and the most amazing crystal blue eyes-  I was born with a ton of black hair that went blonde when I was 5.  I am soooo curious how different she is going to look from my others as they look like twins..... My guess is dark brown curly hair,,, big light blue eyes!!!
