cant eat a thing- am i starving my baby?

so im now 9w2d and i started getting pretty bad morning sickness at around week 6. since then ive lost approx, 8 or 9 pounds, i cant eat nothing, i cant keep anything down, im feeling very debilitated. My doctor put me on diclectin which may as well be a placebo because it does nothing. i was hospitalized the other day for dehydration, severe migraine, vomitting, ect, which has now being a normal day for me.  ive now had to take gravol and tylenol every 4 hours (which kills me because i refused to take anything but the pain is so severe i have no choice). my ultrasounds show everything is ok and a healthy heartbeat, although i cant help but wonder if this is harming my child? i havent been able to eat anything healthy, no veggies, fruits, meat as it just so happens those are my food aversions-- prior to this i could of very well wrote the book on a clean healthy active diet and lifestyle.
is not being able to eat anything either than gingerale and crackers harming my baby? im so worried not only for my child but for my own health as well. any insight would be great.

Yeah I lost 20lbs during the first trimester with my daughter, and that's all I gained so by the time I delivered I was at my pre-pregnancy weight....your baby takes what it needs from your body, and the only thing not eating will do is make you very tired and drain YOUR nutrients, which you will need once the baby is born. just try little bites at a time. every little bite you keep down is helpful, but don't worry too much about losing weight this early. it's the 2nd and 3rd trimesters that you don't want to lose too much weight. for now just eat what you can as often as you can (keep pushing it...after you puke, push a few more bites) and hopefully the nausea will abate at some point and you'll be able to eat more.

My mom lost 20lbs total in her pregnancy - no gain.. my sister was fine.  She was hospitalized a couple times.... she was like that with my other sister too.. Only could eat Honey Nut Cheerios and Birch Beer.. Thats it for the entire pregnancy... I think you will be fine...just try to keep the prenatel's down.
