I totally understand your anxiety. I had a miscarriage in the past and it was pretty early on. I am happy to say that I have now carried longer than before, but that anxiety is always present. I have to check myself to put it in check. When it begins to get the better of me I tell myself my baby is fine, my baby is healthy, my baby is blessed. This helps me to focus on the positive and relieve some of the stress i feel. Try it, maybe it will work for you.
