Getting worried :(

I'm 29 weeks 5 days today. Yesterday I did a lot of walking, more than I'm used to, and just haven't felt right since. I was sick yesterday on my stomach which is nothing new these days. But I've just been so damn sore all over mostly my lower back and some sharp pains that are on and off on my right lower abdomen.. I haven't felt Aubrey move as much today. I woke up at 5 this morning and she had a little burst of energy but ever since then I just feel a light nudge once in a while. I've drank water, ate something sweet, ate a meal, lied down to see if she would move 10 times in an hour with no luck even tried a nap and still just a little nudge once in a while. I'm kinda scared she's stressed or something? Or maybe just sleeping more since she's in that stage now where babies grow more quickly? Please any advice will be appreciated.

I did a lot of walking one day and that night had horrible leg cramps for the entire night and ended up at the hospital. My little lady has lazy days though sometimes and I am sure its just because of like you said growing more and they have less room. Also I have noticed her moves are more like nudges now instead of jabs. But I am sure she will be back to normal tomorrow. Also when you are more active I think it sorta puts them to sleep because you are moving around so much. I dont notice as much movements if I am active as I do when I am lazy :)

Could just be a lazy day for baby... as long as you are still feeling movement thats a good sign but if you are concerned reasurrance is always a good enough reason to go get checked out... chances are if you think you over did it... you would be the one to pay for it not your baby, its your muscles that take the wear and tear and us pregnant mommas go thru a lot of that... just take it easy from now on... but like i said even if its for reasurance and your own peace of mind go get checked :)
