I'm Savanna, from Texas. Im 23 and have been with my fiance for 5 years. We had 3 miscarriages before we were blessed with our first son on April 1 of this year. Just took a test yesterday with a positive result. Will schedule my first dr appt tomorrow. Not sure how far along I am because I haven't had a period since august.
