Am i pregnant? Does anyone have the same symptoms? PLEASE HELP ME :'(

OK. My lmp was October15 I have a regular 27 day cycle. Well I'm late I'M NEVER LATE! maybe early but not late. I've been feeling really nauseous for the past five or six days. today was the first time I vomited and really can't keep food down. Yesterday I got a BFN but I'm testing again today because in the middle of the night I had this tightening/pulling feeling in my uterus and I never experienced that before. Also I've been pooping a lot today. Could I be pregnant?!

I got a positive test two weeks before my missed period. You can get them as early as ten days pregnant! My positive was 22days after my period. Test!! But I also had no symptoms at that point, but I suppose everyone is different.

Always possible. Take a test with the first morning pee. It's most likely to be correct.
