Hello I will be packing my bag next week when im 34 weeks and I do as well better safe than sorry but I think just a change of loose fitting clothes, brush, make-up if you want, deordorant, headphones to listen to music or a picture for a focal ppint to you to concentrate on and of course in the baby bag diapers and the going home outfit but most hospitals offer diapers and wipes.
I was just thinking the same thing, don't forget to pack a bag for the spouse. Bring some snacks, underwear you don't mind ruining...like granny panties. Lol comfortable clothes. Nursing pads if you're b.f. toiletries like shampoos, soaps, toothbrush and paste. I was gona start packing here in a week or two just to be prepared. For spouses bag make sure u have the camera and phone charger.
Well I'll be 30weeks tmrw but I still have almost 2weeks for my baby shower so I'm thinking maybe 34-35weeks before I pack? When I had my 1st kid (13yrs ago) I didn't need too much and hardly used anything I brought as the hospital provided almost everything so I'm just thinking snacks, couple outfits for baby&me, toiletries and a bag for hubby :)
Thanks loves definitely helped! I'm just so anxious to get this baby out I wanna pack and go already haha
I'm 33 weeks. I honestly am probably gonna pack last minute. Just have a list and throw it all together haha
I keep meaning to pack mine.. Will be packing light. I finish work on Tuesday and with the level of stress I've been running at I'm sure baby will arrive weds :) something tells me I'll be packing it as I'm timing contractions!! :)
I have had mine mostly packed since before week 30! Haha. But probably the most important thing for me is to pack my favorite travel blanket and a hairbrush! My husband brushes my hair often and it relaxes me, so I definitely want to make sure that gets in there. Also hair ties-- when I'm pushing out a baby the last thing I want is my hair in my face. I'm also packing my favorite type of pads- I don't know what kind they have at the hospital but I do know how picky I am about what kind I use. Gotta make sure it's a good one.
