Squats, bounce on the edge of a bed/exercise ball, bumpy car ride, rock back and forth on your hands and knees... He's probably moving back up so he can get himself into optimal birthing position :)
I'll be 37 weeks tomorow and I feel like my lil one keeps getting higher too. Don't have a yoga ball so I do squats and bounce on my bed. Not sure if it's doing anything but worth a try I suppose
You can bounce on the side of the bed instead.

Yoga ball... I started it and went through 2 days no heartburn...omg the relief
