Mommy to be here in NY! Up at 3 am .... what else is new? If I eat a nice dinner, I am sometimes too full to sleep. If I don't eat a lot and eat early, even protein, I Conk out quickly but wake up at 3 am for bread and crackers, and let's be honest, a few cookies. Not exhausted but interested in tips! Any handy advice? ! :) Thanks in advance!
