What's the difference between Braxton hicks contractions and labor contractions?
I've been having really bad me steal like cramps for the past two days and excruciating back pain. I'm only 28 weeks.
I've been having really bad me steal like cramps for the past two days and excruciating back pain. I'm only 28 weeks.
Make sure you are drinking LOTS of water. Braxton hicks dont dialate you, true labor contractions do. If you start feeling like you need to poo but can't, go to the hospital and make sure you arent dialating. Maybe go get checked anyways. And keep track of how far apart they are happening like previously mentioned
Braxton hicks aren't consistant. They will come and go and sometimes last longer then others. If the contractions start coming at regular intervals make sure to call your doctor!
