mood swings

Everything just annoys me. When someone is playing with me I get mad, when they talk to me, just writing this status I'm getting mad. I try to calm myself down, but that doesn't work. Anyone feeling like this, and does anyone have any suggestions ?

Ladies this is baby number three for me iA. I have never been more annoyed and angry lol. Please believe it is very normal try to avoid the things that set you off its not worth it. For the young lady getting married dont worry sweetie it will all work out you will be a gorgeous bride try not to stress. And dont think it ends here once you have the babies you will be emotional too but thats normal try to enjoy pregnancy as much as you can!

I notice things bothering me too.  I refused the three hour glucose test but got the borderline cut off number 135 on the one hour so now they want me to do finger prices like an elderly person or something.   So fuming.  I will do them until my appointment Monday.  I am so glad I am not working now!!! I alson get really agitated and overwhelmed at all that is left to do.  I try to think
.... okay, it would be great to get x y and z done but even if this little guy came tomorrow we would be okay!!!  I am usually optimistic so the crankiness is a bit much.  I love sleeping and eating out but eating out is bad for this week of testing so I am stuck cooking and cleaning so much and it is like. ... we have a lifetime of that coming.  I should get to vacation a bit..... no babymoon just a few meals out.  Oh well.  Good luck to us all!  Our cuties will be here soon!!!!

Haha yep... I find myself getting upset at everything. Not only am I due in 4 weeks, but we're getting married in 10. So it's nonstop planning and calling and running errands. I want to slap pretty much anyone who asks me any questions or offers me advice I didn't ask for.

My go to calming method, lavender essential oils and classical music.

Ive had anger issues all my life. Some things that work for me are: deep breaths, reminding myself of the biological cause for the anger(hormones + bipolar disorder for me) and listening to music helps me a bunch.
