SLEEP DEPRIVED! ! PLEASE HELP ME!

For 3 weeks now I cannot sleep!! Please someone help me! I'm desperate! I'm always negative and grouchy and it's effecting my relationship. I went to my doctor and he didn't really help me. Please someone help me!

Benadryl. Its the same sleep med in Tylenol pm only without the Tylenol, so if you aren't in pain you can avoid the extea meds.

Let me know when.u find an answer. I toss and turn at night and usually dont get to sleep until about 1am and that's after ive been laying in the bed since 10pm.

I am not sleeping well either I'm always waking up tired and dizzy like I didn't sleep at all idk why it is but all I know is I need sleep

Try Tylenol pm. My dr told me to take it every night. It helps me a lot. And I have fibromyalgia and a bunch of other issues. I can't sleep without my Tylenol pm.  I hope it helps. I was where you are before I started taking it.
