I use the app you enter your weight every week.and at the beginning yours before pregnancy and how tall you are. It then gives you a average range where you should be, if you over or under normal.
This is myfirat pregnancy and I am also 28 weeks and have gained 9 lbs . When I started my pregnancy I was 114.
Depends on your pre pregnancy weight and bmi. Ive gained around14 lbs and my bmi was around27 or28,so my recommended weight o gain is from15 to25lbs.so i think I'm doing good so far.I'm turning 30weeks on Wed.
That sounds right to me :) I'm 30 weeks and have gained about 20 lbs. Dr says I'm right on target.
