Is there any way I can make this flu go away fast I feel irritated :/

I had a cold. I don't know if it will work but the humidifier really helped with my cough and nasal congestion.

Unfortunately not many medications are allowed. . Regular strength Tylenol is okay and benadryl is permitted. .might help dry up any congestion.  Also try a humidifier.
