Going crazy I pray baby is still there by miracle. Anyone go through this?

I went to the ER last night because I kept bleeding all day but it only filled one pad and it wasn't even soaked I had some cramping too. Well I thought I was 7 weeks but I could be off on that but anyway they did blood test and ultrasounds and my levels were really low and they saw no sign of pregnancy in or out of my body. ..I bled more at first after the ultrasound because it irritated but today Its light like almost gone. They told me either I'm not as far along as I thought or I miscarried earlier. I'm feeling nauseous this morning almost like morning sickness and I hadn't experienced that yet. What is y'alls opinion from you who have had experiences like mine do you think I'm just not as far along or do you think I miscarried? I am setting up a 48 hour after ER appt for them to check my levels to see if it's higher or lower but I'm going to go crazy until then and need some support please. Oh p.s. I was just curious what that clearblue weeks estimator test would tell me and it said 1 to 2 weeks which it says would mean 3 to 4 weeks. I know that this could still go either way I just pray I haven't miscarried I already love this baby so much but I want and need y'alls honest opinion. Thank you! Oh sorry and to add I found out last night I have a retroverted uterus and also when I told them the first day of my last period I said Oct 19 but I had spotting on November 22nd for like 3 days but I thought that was implantation bleeding but could I have been wrong I need to tell my OB what I assumed like an idiot but thoughts appreciated!

After you have a miscarriage, your urine can test positive for up to 6 weeks. If you are/were pregnant there would be something to confirm that. Take a hpt.

It's a difficult one, it could be both scenarios... Spotting is normal and so is cramping. You are most likely very early in your pregs. So sorry i can't ease your mind.
