Constantly hungry!

Hi, I'm only 12 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. But I have the urge to EAT everytime I see food lol. I constantly feel like I'm starving. Even if I just ate. Is this normal?

I feel nauseous if I don't have a little morcel of food to put in my mouth every couple of hours. Just listen to your body and don't worry about the calories...so long as you are eating healthy you are doing great. If not worrying isn't a possibility, drink lots of hot tea, milk, or juice :) it takes my nausea away

I eat nutrition bars if I'm hungry. It helps a lot. I eat three meals a day and go thru a box of nutrition bars a day. I've actually lost weight doing it not gained and I'm 12w3d

It is so normal you just have to put yourself on a schedule to eat snacks in between your meals. I had to put myself on a 2 hour schedule just to keep me from feeling like I was starving to death
