Hip pain
Anyone getting hip pain? I am 13 weeks and getting severe hip pain especially at night and after walking too much. My pain however is only in one hip. I bought a pregnancy pillow to elevate my knee to see if this help but still getting pains. Google showed alot of links for pregnancy and hip pain stating that the ligaments are stretching and loosening which causes the pain. Is anyone getting hip pain and how are you coping with it?
yes. I am 14 weeks & having a lot of hip pain, but only on my left side.
When I had my daughter 5 yrs ago, it was literally paralyizing. She was on my sciatic nerve & i had trouble walking. it would lock up & be brutal. I went to a manipulation therapy (chriopractor for pregnant women) it helped, but came back.

I am having more lower back pains but I am sure the hip pain is just around the corner. It can be very painful :-(
Yes I get pain on my right side. I think thst is where baby likes to hang out so far. When I get it i just try to sit and rest a while.
