aww ty:) kinda weird to say and I guess this seperates me from others but as far as worring about getting stuff together or the labor im honestly not... im relaxed:) I think thats a little easier for me to say than for my hubby, he seems very nervous. but I can say I dont stress about having all the stuff for the baby bc to me as long as I have the basics then the rest can b gotten... I guess im just ready.. so far today I feel great.. my pelvice isnt hurting and im not cramping:)

yea I could see the contractions on the monitor but they were like 2 inches apart but she said they were BH and that I needed to eat and drink and they would go away... I havnt noticed my belly tightning but I have had the same dull period cramps and same dull back pain but I cant time them bc the pain is continuious no matter how I move or lay they r still there but my pelvic pressure isnt as bad today as it was just the crampyness... I hate being pushy but looks like if there isnt a resolve atleast by my nxt apt ill have to get that way... im glad I have a great support system of other moms who know what im going through and understand im not crazy.. and for that I say thank you ladies:D

I remember with my last pregnancy I went into the hospital because of contractions. They just put me on the monitor and gave me water. I know I was having contractions but they wouldn't show up. The next day I went to my ob and turns out I was having mild contractions but the nurse that put the monitor on me didn't do it right and the machine was not picking them up.  I'd say that if they continue and nothing is helping you either call your doctor or go to L&D. There has to be somthing they can do for you if you are in pain... you just have to be pushy! I hope everything turns out good and you can get this resolved.

Your not worried about your baby's heart rate dropping during contractions......you should call your dr...to check on the baby hearth rate...

Hey I remember with my baby boy...my dr schedule me an appointment at the hospital at the labor and delivery...next day (saturday) my first baby boy was under a lot of stress...  his heart skipped a few beats or stop beating a few times...I went for a check up in the morning...I had an ultrasound, my water level was low and they kept me in the hospital hooked up with all of those machines monitoring my baby's hearth and my contractions...the hospital dr (know my new dr with this pregnancy) told me that I could go home but I don't have one of those machines at home so it was gonna be hard to now how my baby was doing ...=(the next day was gonna be Christmas day)=So I decided to stay...that night the dr place  Prostaglandin gel to induce labor...I was 39 weeks & 5 days.. 2 days before my due date...he said that if that didn't work he was gonna give me something else...thank god everything when fine my water broke at 5 am and I had my baby at 7:55 am....I had a Christmas baby ... =)
You should find another hospital or dr....

I'm so sorry you have to experience this. I know how horrible it is for them to do nothing about it. I hope they know how big of a lawsuit they are in for if anything happens to you or your baby.... fingers crossed that nothing happens!
When I was pregnant with my quintuplets at 16 weeks I went in for contractions (cramps and achy back) and they sent me home without any instruction, (they didn't even put me on bedrest) and the next day I started bleeding. They sent me to get an ultrasound and couldn't find baby a (he was so low) and they just sent me home with no further monitoring. They still didn't put me on bedrest and I thought everything was just fine. I went shopping and when I got home I delivered my first baby. At the time of my loss I was too depressed and didn't want to do anything, but now I regret not putting a lawsuit against those doctors that disregarded me as if nothing was wrong with me. I just hope they don't do that to other pregnant woman because the loss of a child or children is just the most horrible thing to go through!!
If you feel there's something wrong I recommend you go to another hospital even if your doctor is not attending there. You better be safe than sorry!!

ty:) it really hurt my feelings that she said that... I sat in that room for almost 3hrs without them even checking on me and then she had to ask after checking me if he was head down.. he has been head down since 27 weeks... im sure he is head down when his feet r in my lungs bc my torso is so short and thats with him already dropd... and im sure he is down low if they had to put his monitor where the hair line begins so app he is really low... its hard to tell when im contracting bc I just feel period like cramps and my back will get a dull ache but accorrding to the nurse they were light braxton hicks.. they didnt even care that the monitors went quiet a few times during my last few contractions I had before they discharged me :(

If I were you, I would put a complaint against that nurse that said you are a bad person.  A nurse is suppose to be supportive, not insulting. You should talk to the person who is in charge of the maternity/delivery ward and let them know how you feel about that and also talk to your doctor. I hope you feel better soon and hope you get through this ok.

I found out absolutly nothing:/ the nurse said I was a bad person bc the fact I hadnt ate bc of nausea... I wasnt having a lot of braxton hicks as she said but looking at the strip there was a lot of contractions on there...i know the last 2 really hard contractions I had u couldnt even hear the babys heart beat it went silent till the contraction was over and she wasnt even worried about it:/ im tired of being treated like crap by labor and delivery nurses

I have the same problem and have for the last three weeks. I can feel my lo's head moving around at my pubic bone. My dr seems to think its normal but it hurts really bad to lift your legs or even roll over on the bed. Let me know what they say.
