Pains

So ive been waking up in the middle of the night. A few times a night with really bad pains on either my right or left side. It kinda feels like where my ovaries are. And it lasts maybe 5 to 10 seconds. Im not sure if its when im rolling over, or if im rolling over cause it hurts. Anyone else get this? Ive had a bit of period type pains during the day. Couple times a day maybe. Im guessing this is Braxton Hicks?

i had pains from rolling over and my dr said it was uterus stretching. she said i was straining the ligaments by certain movements.

kinda OT- does anyone know if you have to feel your tummy tighten with a braxton hicks contraction?? or can it just feel like a light period cramp?

I think it's just that your uterus is streching and it causes nerve pain on both sides. I get is so bad sometimes that I can't even walk. It feels so terrible. You'll be ok. I asked my doctor last time and he said not to worry.

I was sleeping on my left side and my belly got really hard.
I felt pain on my right side of my belly.
it felt like one long 3 minute contraction.
As soon as I move to my right side it went away. It was really difficult to move to my right side

-My dr said not to worry....that's normal
