Relieved

So I went to see the new doctor and I am sooooo glad I did. My baby is fine and where she was head up (breech) and my previous doctor was talking c-section this one said she's head down, engaged in pelvis, and I'm 2cm dilated. He also said I'm measuring closer to 37 weeks and babys growth is close to 37 so guess what...new due date!! He says I probably won't make it to the end of June (woohoo) and expects me to pop in a week or two. I'm so excited and now I feel like I can actually enjoy the last couple wks of this pregnancy.  Just goes to show sometimes things happen for a reason and its not so bad to swich doctors late in pregnancy. :) Now....to deal with the pressure down below...anyone else getting close and feel like there's a bowling ball between their legs?

Corpones sorry you're in so much pain. Read on another reply that you've got SPD too...sorry!!! I have SPD since 20 wks have been in severe pain everytime I walk or stand. Since I'm an hour away from my new dr we had talked about a membrane sweep this thursday...itit's much more humane to give a woman with SPD an end date to their pregnancy I think....gives us a goal to focus on don't you think? Good luck dear!!

Me!! I'm in so much pain, I'm on tears sometimes. My pubic bone and pelvic region hurts so dog on bad. I see doc Monday and have ultrasound first to measures her again, since I'm still measuring 3 weeks ahead which puts me at 39 weeks. Glad you have a new doc, and your baby is head down ready to go! Congrats!! :-)
