I agree, find a new ob! That's not right!!! Light bleeding is normal, its the implantation. Craming is also normal. However, idk what it means for both. I'd say if it is still light bleeding, you're ok but take it really easy until you get to the Dr.

I am 8 weeks on Friday and have had some on and off spotting. My ob/gyn said as long as im not using a full pad every day it shouldnt be a big deal. I also had my 1st ultrasound today and they actually could see some blood under the uterus but the baby is fine. They told me to keep my feet up as much as possible and no sex until you see your Dr. I'll keep you in my prayers!

He said typically in cases where there is one and you don't have the other then you're fine. In your case the egg could be implanting which can cause light bleeding

I have never heard of being seen after 2 missed periods. Find a new ob or midwife. But honestly as long as you're not cramping I wouldn't worry about it. My doc just told me the other day I have a small bleed in my uterus but as long as no cramping is associated and no bleeding associated with cramping than everything should be ok.

I would get a new midwife or OB.  When i was pregnant with my first my midwife would see me for any concerns i had even before i got pregnant.  That's what they are there for.

It could be your body's way of a period that some women get when pregnant but if your really worried I'd recommend calling your midwife and getting you two checked out
