29 weeks

I'm 29 weeks today and had an ultrasound.  They said my baby weighs 3 lbs 3 oz. That seems pretty big to me. What do ur babies weigh or what did they weigh at 29 weeks?

Gestational Diabetes can lead to big babies....most of us are tested for it at 28 weeks. If baby is too big, they will test you

That's what they told me, that she is big but still within normal range. Thanks ladies for sharing :-)

At 28 weeks my son was weighing 3lbs 6oz and he was already 18 inches long. I'm 32 weeks now so I'm sure he has gained even more weight. The doctor said he is on the bigger size but everything is great his health and mine. His daddy is 6'5 so we're thinking it's all genetics too.

I just had one at 29 weeks she is 3.7 lbs. On the high end but very healthy.  My husband s mom and my mom both had over 10 lb babies so I think it's genetics.  Dr said she's within range and has always been a tad bigger.  It's whatever your normal is as long as your within range your fine.  Some babies r born 6 lbs since r 10 lbs.
