HELP REALLY ICHY

i Am 35 Weeks FTM I Have been Really ichy Lately it drives me crazy i take shower sometimes 4 times a Day Not Even Funnylike i get ichy on my legs arms back hands feet face head idk what to do anymore all i wanna do is scratch :( please does anyone else have this problem or has had this problem i will call my dr today when they open but want to see what yall would think or if anyone has had this before or going thru it  Like today i woke up at 4Am Scratching n got up n took a shower :(

I would call the dr.. That happened to my sister in law and it ended up being a liver issue and had to be induced that day! Hope all is ok. A blood test would let you know

I went through that awhile ago in pregnancy. Ur whole body changes being prego. I don't think u should take so many showers, showers/water will dry out Ur skin more. Get some exfoliating gloves/loafa (found in any beauty section of store-target/walmart/walgreens), scrub body when in the shower. Use scent free soap-I just use dove bar for sensitive skin. Put on a good thick lotion rt after the shower-Lubriderm, gold bond ultimate healing, aquaphor etc. stay away from soaps & lotions w scents they're more drying also. Don't take hot showers. Up Ur DHA/fish oil vitamins. Drink more water. Doing all of those things helped me. Good luck.
