Best thing to do as I know it ***** is go bland as bland can be even with your drinking just straight up water ... do that to get it to calm down for a day or too... then you need to do a food diary and start slowly adding foods back in and see what starts a trigger then you know those as your trigger foods so you will know on days that you want them you are gonna need to take some form of an acid reflux med to help I say pepcid cause that's what works for me... this is what the er doc told me to do to help it .. again I am no doc just offering help since I had it since before I got prego
Yep it is definitely sounds like a nasty case of the acid reflux as everything moves up it squished your stomach and it makes the acid come up.. no acid drinks/food and yep even non greesy can do it to me. Like the above pose unfortunately you have to take it day by day to see how it goes.. some days I am good with no pill others I can be okay with one and others u have to have 2 of them and tums to get it to stop good luck
I Have This Too. My Doctor Says Its Acid Reflex And My Body Is All Out Of Wak For The Baby.. Just Hang In There. I Also Have To Take Everything Day By Day..

Sounds like me when I have my bad acid reflux problem at the being of my pregnacy.. they had to put me on pepcid to shut down some of the acid in my stomach yes I know I hate taking meds as well blah I also had to change my diet as well I can't eat any tomato products, not a lot of chocolate no like juice type or acid products and it has seemed to help..Now if I do get a hold of this stuff or just have a bad acidic stomach day I have to double meds or I end up in the er... I'd try that n see if it helps if not I'd talk to ur ob :) good luck n hope you feel better
