Lol to the comment above, and i think she should have your last name, and also if it were me i would go to court to legally change your sons last name as well. If he doesnt wanna be ther for them he doesnt deserve to have anything to do with either of them

Im in the same boat. My hunny will have my last name. I've decided to wait til delivery to know.the gender but if it's a boy I will give him dads last name as a middle name. That's about as much "honor" as I'll give the father !!if it's a girl, he can kick rocks lol.

Your last name, if he doesnt want to clai. Her thrn he doesnt deserve it. Plus it makes things alot easier With the same last name

I was thinking that too ladies but my son has his last name and my family told Me don't mix there names up but deep in my heart I want my daughter to have my last name cause he not claiming her and he don't do **** for either one of them

U have to do what u feel is right but personally if it were me, I would give the baby my last name since he don't wanna claim her. But he may change his mind when u go n labor, but if he doesn't..do what u feel is right...hope that helps.
