Does it End?

I have had nausea for the last 4-5 days now minimal vomiting, well AM vomiting and I just feel terrible. I can't sleep well and I hate that I have to commute to work (& I am trying to keep the news low)! On top of all of this I bust out in these random spells of crying for no reason or is it because I have constant nausea & I don't feel like myself? ... I am just confused & sad, I think, but I am happy when I think about my baby ... I just need to know that at some point I won't have this lump of nausea in my throat & I can almost feel like myself again?

Hi ladies! I am 6 weeks 4 days along and surprisingly I am starting to feel better - don't wanna jinx myself lol. I took some advice from other posts I saw 1. Eating small meals every 2 hours (even if I don't wanna) 2. eating a bite of a banana before I get outta bed (helps with AM vomiting - no bile) and ginger tea w lemon (even though I loathe ginger lol). I still have this "lump" of nausea present but it's not inducing vomiting ... I hope it does not get worse & I hope all u ladies feel better & start to feel like the amazing creatures you are - just creating a life and all :)

Moderate exercise helps with the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy. I try to exercise 5 times a week. I feel so much better after :)
