First appointment

I have my first appointment this Thursday which is my 10 week mark. Any clue if I will get an ultrasound even though it's my first appointment since I'll be 10 weeks?

I think for early scans they do the transvaginal scan (internal) and for later ones the external one? Could that be what you mean?
We weren't sure what my due date was until today when I measured 10wks but because of this they opted for the internal scan and the sonographer was surprised to find a big baby in there, lol, she thought I might be way earlier where an external scan would not have been able to give a clear picture. I recall at 12 weeks they do the external scan where they'd expect to find something bigger perhaps.

They now scan you between 10 and 12 weeks so ull deffo get 1 i got 1 with my little girl wen i was 9 weeks x

My doctor does a complimentary ultrasound with the first appointment and I will be 10 weeks
