hip and pelvic pain

Im 29 weeks tomorrow and I have so much hip and pelvic pain its making it hard to walk babys head is down could this be why is anyone else having these pains?

I have had the same since yesterday. The tears are very close. Espesially if I have to climb the steps at work, which is quite often as our bathrooms are on the ground floor and offices upstairs.

I really don't see how people can say 'Oh but that's normal'. It is not normal to feel this way. Luckily there is only 11 weeks left.
