Yes, I have a sonoline b. I've been listening since 8.5 weeks. It's much easier to pick up now that I'm 11 weeks.
I got mine off eBay new for $45. They have them online though at several places.
I have one called Angel sounds and it was $27! It works amazing! I picked up the heart beat at 9 weeks
I HAVE TO HAVE ONE! I would listen to my baby like 3 times a day:)
I want one. They could stress me out though if I can't find it one day. Im 13 weeks. I heard my little june bug today at my appt and i wanted one immediately! There are so many to choose from
I have a sonoline b doppler but I can only pick up my own femoral pulse and the placenta "wooshing" I'm 13 weeks, depending on your placenta placement it may take up until 16 weeks to hear it. Don't over use the doppler as it uses ultra sound technology and you'll be exposing your baby to unnecessary ultrasound waves. I check once a week on the day I turn over a new week just to see progress on the baby.
I want to buy one in stores because I don't want to wait for shipping :( I keep changing my mind about wanting to buy one :(
I want one so bad but I'm afraid I won't be able to Hearthe heartbeat and scare myself
I just broke down and bought angelsounds doppler on Groupon for $25. They have a 10% discount until the new yr. If i don't hear a beat I'll try later or make up an excuse for it lol.
I bought the angel sound for $20. My husband and I only listen about once a week but we love our once a week that we do. We just don't want to become obsessed. It was really easy to find the baby's heart beat.. But I didn't get mine til I was 13 weeks.
Do you guys have to put the jelly stuff on your belly at home like they do at the drs. Office??
I looked on YouTube for reviews and the one girl used baby oil instead of gel
I heardine with the nurse n yo be honest i wouldn't be able to tell the diff between the babies heart beat my heart beat my bowl noises n the sound of blood moving around. Its very hard too. I would of thought all of the above r the babies heart beat if i didn't have a nurse next to be explaining all the different sounds.
How are you sure its your babies heat beat???
My doppler shows the heart rate and when it's in the 140+ I know it's the baby. Plus the baby's heart rate beats faster than yours so its not hard to tell for me because when I hear a faster beat I know it's the baby.
I had heard it could be bad for the baby to check that often due to the high frequency noises? Anyone else ever heard this?
I bought the angel sounds on eBay for $36 and it works great. I wish I had seen the coupon discount!
