Baby Alexander is here.

So yesterday(6/8/15) around 7:40 my water broke. Went to the hospital being only 1cm dilated but 80% thin. I really thought things were gonna go buy fast but they didn't. They put me on medication to help the contractions come close together and stronger. At around 5pm I couldn't take the pain anymore so i got an epidural and let me tell you, its a life saver. After a while I started getting a fever and it wouldn't go down it just kept going up and at around 8pm I was 9 1/2 cm dilated and that's when everything went down hill. My cervix didn't want to dilate that last part and the baby was in distressed and I got a super high fever and I had to have am emergency c section. Which I didn't plan to have. Well my baby boy was born at 11:39pm weighing 8lbs and 6 oz. And honestly I wouldn't change any moment of the labor process. It was painful but at the end of the day it was really worth it.
