I'm so scared...

I'm 7 weeks. Ive gone this whole while without any bleeding and today I started spotting.
It's completely freaked me out. I went to the er and had my blood drawn and an exam. The Dr informed me that my mucous plug was there, so that's good and my levels are at 1315 and to cone back in 2 days to see if they've risen. I'm losing my mind. It would break my heart if I lost this child :(
does anyone have any advice?

First of all PLEASE RELAX!! The exact thing happened to me twice. I am also 7wks and oct 3 i went to the er due to spotting and cramping. They did an exam and took blood. I went back 2 days later to check hcg levels agin and everything was fine. Went from 2556 to 5501. I also had a yeast infection and gave me a cream for that. Happened again this past sat oct 11 and they did another exam and ultrasound. Everything was normal i even got 2 see my lil gummy bear's heartbeat!! Doc said sum spotting and cramping is normal early pregnancy due to stretching uterus andall the other changes we r goin thru. As long as u r not soaking a pad u shud b fine. If it continues tho plz go back 2 the doc and make an appt wit YOU OBGYN ASAP!! So they can examine u further. Good luck and i will be praying 4 u!! :-)
