Scared But Kinda TMI

I had use the bathroom and did the #2 and when I wipe myself it was nothing but blood ! But idk where it's coming from if it's my behind or my private! But it only happen when I have it do #2

Should I go to ER ?

I do to but mines because my butt is so raw from pooping and wiping
