I'm the same way... I feel nauseous when I wake up... after I eat...when I don't eat. its bad. and then I don't even want to be around food. I can't even cook sometimes. I look at the food and nothing is appealing. but I have to eat so I nible here and there in between meal times so I don't get it worse...

Some women with early morning symptoms will have a few soda crackers before getting our of  bed.  Ginger can help and eating smaller meals. If all that still isn't working for you there are meds. I was so sick with my first pregnancy but have been able to keep it at bay so far. I hope that this is a short phase in your pregnancy. Good luck.
