Its normal. Dont worry haha just a pregnancy thing. You are going to feel way more aches and pains then just "down there" have a safe and Blessed pregnancy :)

Prolly just SPD. You can't really do much. Just minimize exercise, do pelvic tilts. I had it since 26wks and it hurts when moving in bed.
