exercising while pregnant

I'm still going to the gym in my 18th week with the hubby however not doing the things I was doing before just mainly walking although I lost 5 lbs in the last week. Should I be worried? I'm eating healthy and whenever I'm hungry, I'm not on a diet but I'm concerned with the weight loss. I'd ask my doctor but that seems like my next appt is so far away. Anyone else have this problem?

I lost weight in my first trimester and I am barely gaining it back since then. At my weight now because of my pre-weight I am considered "high risk", but with my daughter I lost weight in the beginning too so no one is worried. The baby is healthy and so am I. I am sure you are just fine.

Hows ur pre pregnant weight? If you are not underweight to start with, its not really a concern...as long as u have ur regular prenatals, eat healthy , and active...just not overstrain/overheat, theres nothing to worry... ♡

Thanks ladies but I'm just concerned about the weight loss when I'm supposed to be gaining. I guess I'm confused. I'll ask the NP. Thanks again

You could always call your doctor's nurse. I feel like I had mine on speed dial during the first trimester! The nurses can be a lifesaver!
