Soo excited!! Any of you ladies doing any fun exercise or anything unusual?

So my physio finally signed me off to go swimming again because I'm managing to keep food down and my weight has plateaued finally. I am disabled and used swimmimg before pregnancy as my physio and I loved it. However I then got HG at 6 weeks, and was hospitalised a few times and because the weight kept dropping off my physio told me to stop as I couldn't afford to lose more weight or energy so I was thrilled when she told me yesterday I could start again. Went this morning and felt soo good even with taking the stupid crutches with me to the pool and a big belly :)

Anyway it's started the exercise bug with me again now! Anyone else swimming or doing any unusual type exercises? And any tips for getting back into it?

I've been shoveling... We've gotten probably 18 inches of snow so far today and likely to get another 6-10 before it stops so my husband and I have our work cut out for us. Not my favorite kind of exercise but it sure is necessary!

HI Kryara!!  I am also swimming and as you I also feel Sooo good in the water and kicking around.. I was a swimming teacher for some years so I enjoy it a lot. My favourite part is the last 10 min, I just walk around touching my belly and singing... Keep enjoying the time with your big belly. :)

I use a local pool inside so it's nice and heated. It's typical irish weather here at the minute unfortunately (ie very cold and wet). I swam 3/4 times a week before pregnancy so was really annoyed when I had to stop. I will definitely have a look on pinterest to see if there's anything I can do! I miss exercising, i just need to het my stamina back up. To be honest I think I overdid it today as I'm now sitting with a very sore stomach. It feels as though the muscles are all very tender.

I am! Can't swim here considering it's 12 degrees lol but I use an elliptical and then there are tons of pregnancy workouts on pinterest if you are able. All I can say is take is slow! I was able to do an hr work out before I got pregnant. .then got real sick in first trimester and now I do between 10-15 min a day. It is better than nothing! Listen to your body and if you start cramping or feeling light headed take a break and drink some water.
