insomnia!

Anyone else have a hard time sleeping at night!? I can be tired all day and as soon as night comes I'm wide awake. On the plus side my baby was so active today..he's usually up around certain times but not today he was wiggling away on his own little schedule. Lol can't wait for my peanuts arrival♡

I had a nice little schedule I was on as well but somewhere, somehow that went out the window. Another thing is my boyfriend has to sleep with the tv on for background noise & it drives me crazy because then I want to watch it. But he works everyday so I'd rather he gets a comfortable amount of rest as I'm here home everyday. Glad I'm not alone though! Thanks for the tips ladies!

I've been dealing with that foe about two weeks now. My husband started to help me relax two nights ago by rubbing my feet and massaging my scalp while I listen to my hypnobirthing cd. What really helped for me was a mental process of of cleaning out my thoughts. My brain just wouldn't turn off and that's what prevented me from sleeping. Just try to tell yourself you have to accept the things you can't change and its going to be okay. Take some deep breaths and feel yourself clean out the thoughts that are keeping you up. Relax and you'll fall asleep eventually.

Ugh I was sleeping good for like a week ( which is rare) and I went to bed thinking how good I was sleeping..and then bam. It's been taking me at least 2 hrs to fall asleep now. And I'm usually exhausted!  I get to a point where I go out on my recliner and for some reason can fall asleep pretty quickly
